RESIT - News Values

Below is a table of different stories I have researched online, these stories have happened locally and recently. I ranked them in order of importance by looking at the news values of the stories which is the last column. I have done this to identify what makes people interested in a successful story. This will help me create my radio broadcast as I will know what news values i need to include in order to attract the listeners attention. I need to ensure I grip the audiences attention by including news values like negativity, unexpectedness and continuity. These values occur in all the important stories so I need to include them in mine in order to compete with existing media.
